Your garden is gorgeous! I always think that bee balm (Alien Operatives) looks like something out of Dr. Seuss.

Oooh, I’m loving the purple shades on your hydrangea (I mean, Rancid Cauliflower)! Ours is blue, with like one or two really pretty light purple flowers that I prefer over all the blue ones. Le sigh.

Oh my God, you live in Eden.

I can name a bunch of these – but I like your names better. The photo’s are magnificent.

Gorgeous! And hilarious naming. I’m going to have to call those (hydrangeas?) rancid cauliflower from now on.
I once got into a bitter fight over irises with someone who was right that those flowers were irises. But now I see I should have just given those flowers my own special names.

The Garish Barbershop Quartet, aren’t those Black Eyed Susans? They have something to do with horse racing, I think.
Lovely. I can’t wait to have my own garden, but I guess El Boyfriend and I need to agree on a house first.

Wonderful pics.. My flowerbed now consists of nothing more then burnt weeds and dehydrated mulch.
    *Nodding in total appreciation*

I so hope you’re teaching the kid these names! However did you score such a marvelous garden? Gorgeous.
