Giveaway red alert, does not involve steel-belted radials
Oh lookee: I have one remaining Sandisk Slot Radio player to give away this summer! IS LAST CHANCE FINAL JEOPARDY TIMEZ NAO.
As you might recall, it's a wee thing that comes pre-programmed with 1,000 -- yes, that's ONE THOUSAND -- handpicked songs, so you don't have to bother with burning and transferring songs from CDs or downloading things from iTunes. Nifty, huh?
(By the by, the nice people at Sandisk sent me on of these, and the thing is *TINY*. As in Tic-Tac container size tiny. And I was all: HOW DO THEY FIT ALL THOSE SONGS IN THERE?!?! snort.)
All you have to do to enter to win is leave a comment on this post -- and here, I'll even give you something to respond to: what's on Heavy Rotation for you right now, music-wise? (and I say "music-wise" because no, TIRES is NOT an appropriate answer here, JEEZ.) I'll randomly pick a winner this Friday, August 14th, around noonish. That's a tight time-frame, so get a-commentin', pronto!
. . . .
Aaaaaand we have a winner! Congratulations to Muskrat! You shall soon be in possession of delicious music player goodness! WOOT!
And
thanks to everyone else who participated! It just so happens I have a new giveaway coming up next week, so stay tuned!

Ingrid Michaelson is heavy in my head right now -- her voice is very soothing and being 24wks pregnant, sometimes a girl needs her some soothe.

My Pandora's been full of Joshua Radin and Brandi Carlile lately. It's very anti-stress.
